Please note that fees charged by a service provider are for the administrative costs of providing the services. Your MUD District does not receive any portion of the service fees. Contact us at (281) 861-6215 if you have any questions on these services.

An ACH – (Automatic Clearing House) payment may also be set up by completing the ACH form below.

ACH forms are also available at H₂O Consulting’s office. The fees for this payment option are listed on the form. Please note the implementation of ACH may take up to 2 billing cycles after receipt by the bank.

Grocery Store Locations

You may also pay at most major supermarkets, but you must have your water bill payment stub with you. Please note that payments made at these locations take 2-4 business days to appear on your account. Late payments will not be accepted at grocery stores.
